The anniversary of the Supreme Court’s disastrous Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization decision serves as a reminder of the threat Mike Collins poses to the reproductive rights of Georgia women. Collins celebrated when Roe v. Wade was overturned four years ago today and professed his larger goal of “ending abortion in America.” That explicit goal includes banning abortion even in cases of rape, incest, and pregnancies that threaten the life of the mother.
“Mike Collins is a genuine threat to the reproductive freedom of women in Georgia and across the country,” said American Bridge 21st Century Spokesperson Gus Nathanson. “His extremist policies will do nothing but endanger women in need of reproductive healthcare, and his egregious stances have no place in the Senate.”
