American Bridge launched a new video in prep for the expected runoff between David Perdue and Jon Ossoff. The video highlights Perdue’s ongoing scandal involving his insider trading off the pandemic. Earlier this year, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution broke the news that after Senators received a private briefing on COVID-19, David Perdue began buying stock in companies that produce PPE.
“David Perdue was publicly downplaying the dangers of COVID-19 while he was secretly using confidential information to make money off the pandemic,” said American Bridge 21st Century spokesperson Zach Hudson. “In January, Georgia voters will reject this self-dealing politician who is profiting off a pandemic that is killing his constituents.”
