Ed Gillespie continues to duck on the Senate’s disastrous TrumpCare bill, which would kick over ahalf a million Virginians off their health coverage, including over 14,000 veterans. While he’s ignoring the well-being of Virginians when asking for their vote, there’s one thing Gillespie is doing — fundraising. In fact, he is raising big bucks thanks to a former Trump transition team stafferand former lobbyist, just like Ed Gillespie.
Ed Gillespie may continue to duck and dodge the issues that matter to Virginians, but he has to answer for his career getting rich off of hurting Virginians. He said himself that he only represented clients whose positions he was “comfortable with,” so today American Bridgelaunched a website that takes a quick look at some of his clients so that Virginians can see what Gillespie is really all about. Bridge also launched an online ad campaign highlighting Gillespie’s swampy ties.

Pushed to privatize Social Security, which would have left over 150,000 Virginians in the lurch.
