Trump Brings His Failed Economic Agenda to Nevada — Lombardo Will Be Right Beside Him

"I Can't Control That" - Lombardo Dismisses Nevadans' Affordability Crisis as He Stands Beside Trump

Donald Trump promised Nevadans lower costs, affordable housing, more good-paying jobs, and cheaper healthcare when he asked for their votes. A year and a half into his second term, he’s broken those promises and betrayed the working-class families across the state who voted for him.

As Trump returns to Las Vegas, Joe Lombardo will stand shoulder to shoulder with him to celebrate an economic agenda he has already admitted has “caused some hurt” in Nevada. Lombardo admitted he isn’t even trying to defend Nevadans from Trump’s economic chaos, telling veterans in Las Vegas that he “can’t control” affordability issues and calling any claims otherwise “bullshit.”

Instead of standing up for working families, Lombardo will remind voters that he is in lockstep with Donald Trump and the failed policies that have driven up costs, left families hungry, put tourism jobs at risk, and threatened the industry that powers Nevada’s economy.

Nevada deserves a governor who values the workers who keep its economy running, not one who brushes off the hotel, casino, and service jobs that support thousands of Nevada families as “not quality jobs.

Lombardo has described his own alignment with Trump as a matter of survival, calling the president his “commanding officer.” That loyalty carried over to the ballot box this year, when Lombardo followed Trump’s lead in endorsing a candidate who praised the same budget bill that gutted health coverage and food assistance for tens of thousands of Nevadans.

Nevadans are watching their rent, their grocery bills, and their health premiums climb while the governor who is supposed to fight for them keeps choosing his commanding officer over his constituents.

Here is what the failed, Lombardo-backed MAGA agenda has cost Nevada families:

Housing

Healthcare

Cost of Living and Jobs
