Twenty-three Republican House members have come under fire for signing a secret contract to participate in the National Republican Congressional Committee’s Patriot Program. Patriot Program participants must agree to thirteen requirements including handing over their legislative plan to Washington insiders, according to the Washington Post. The contract leaves voters questioning: where do these representatives’ loyalties really lie?
