Today, American Bridge 21st Century announced the hiring of veteran Democratic strategist Tiffiany Vaughn Jones as National Press Secretary. She joins Vice President of Strategic Communications Julie McClain Downey, Senior Communications Advisor Max Steele, and Senate Communications Director Brad Banium in helping lead American Bridge 21st Century’s communications efforts for the 2022 midterms.

Communications and media strategist Tiffiany Vaughn Jones offers over 14 years of experience in communications and has experience in electoral, policy, and advocacy campaigns. Jones served as the Press Secretary for President Biden in Pennsylvania, directed Tom Steyer’s South Carolina Communications team during the 2020 cycle, and is a 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign alum. A key player in presidential campaign communication strategies, Jones led the nationwide rollout of progressive policy proposals earning widespread media attention.
Tiffiany is a Delaware State University alumnus and a graduate of the University of Phoenix. Her expertise is in creating public relations programs that center on equity, women, civil rights, urban poverty, and the environment. She has developed and coordinated public relations programs within the nonprofit, corporate, entertainment, media, philanthropic, and education sectors.
