Mark Brnovich, Jim Lamon, Blake Masters, and Mick McGuire are standing silently by Donald Trump and Kelli Ward’s attempts to manipulate election results and overrule Arizona voters
Arizona’s Republican U.S. Senate candidates Mark Brnovich, Jim Lamon, Blake Masters, and Mick McGuire are standing silently by Republican-led attempted election interference, following a bombshell Arizona Republic report that Donald Trump and his allies, including Arizona GOP Chair Kelli Ward, sought to directly influence and manipulate Arizona’s election results in Trump’s favor.
According to KPNX-TV: “Arizona law bars any ‘interference’ with or ‘corruption’ of an election official. The crime is a felony offense,” but the “office of Republican Attorney General Mark Brnovich… has not responded to a request for comment.”
Like Brnovich, Lamon, Masters, and McGuire have likewise said nothing to make clear they disagree with Ward and Trump’s efforts to manipulate election results and overrule Arizona voters. And each has praised state Republicans’ sham, discredited “audit” of Maricopa County results that’s a de facto continuation of Trump and Ward’s previous efforts to overrule Arizona voters.
“It says everything that Brnovich, Lamon, Masters, and McGuire are silently standing by Kelli Ward and Donald Trump’s transparent efforts to overrule Arizona voters and manipulate the results of the 2020 election,” said Brad Bainum, American Bridge 21st Century spokesperson. “It’s clear these Arizona’s GOP Senate candidates will always put Trump and partisan politics ahead of standing up to do what’s right for Arizonans.”
