Joe Teirab is DC’s Minnesota’s second congressional district nominee
Tonight, anti-choice extremist and DC insider Joe Teirab became the official Republican nominee for Minnesota’s second congressional district.
“Minnesotans can’t trust anything Joe Teirab says,” said American Bridge 21st Century spokesperson Monica Venzke. “He’ll do what Donald Trump, Mike Johnson, Tom Emmer, and the rest of the GOP elite in Washington want him to do. They say jump, Joe Teirab will ask how high. He’ll be their rubber stamp in Congress.”
Joe Teirab would be a disaster for Minnesota, and here’s why:
- He is an anti-abortion extremist who sits on the board of a “crisis pregnancy center.”
- He said the Supreme Court did the “right thing” by overturning Roe v. Wade.
- He is endorsed by Donald Trump and Mike Johnson.
- He is backed by Tom Emmer, who reportedly “interceded” in the race and offered Teirab’s opponent a new job when his opponent dropped out to clear the way for the DC Republicans’ top choice — Joe Teirab.
- He broke his promise to concede after losing the 2nd District Republican convention to Tayler Rahm.
