Tonight, Derrick Anderson, who is continuing to face questions about his out-of-district primary residence, as well the fact that he recently used a friend’s wife and kids in campaign materials to make it look like he had his own family, is set to take the debate stage tonight. Anderson probably wishes he didn’t have to be there, as he is going to have to explain to voters why he won’t answer if he “[supports] a woman’s right to choose” and how he can say the events of January 6th weren’t an insurrection.
“While voters in the 7th congressional district are rejecting Derrick Anderson’s anti-abortion and revisionist history of January 6th, we know he’ll have the support of the fake family he’s used to try to trick Virginians into liking him,” said American Bridge spokesperson Philip Shulman. “If things go as poorly tonight as they did at his last debate performance, we encourage Derrick Anderson to consider getting a good night’s sleep in his Alexandria home, and not the town house he’s renting in the district.”
