From the cost of living to the quality of roads, clean water, and even the availability of food, Republicans are making life harder for the very people they claim to support.
In Montana, instead of boosting economic development in the state as he promised to do, Ryan Zinke voted to cut crucial funding for road improvements in the Flathead Valley, which is a key tourism hub for the state. This will hurt the tourism industry, which is vital for the state’s economy. Furthermore, Zinke’s decision also jeopardized funding for sewer systems, which are essential for affordable housing. Montana families are already facing higher costs and Zinke’s vote could make their lives harder.
