WASHINGTON — American Bridge 21st Century president Rodell Mollineau today announced the hire of Shauna Daly as Research Director and Senior Adviser. At American Bridge, Daly will build and manage the largest and most aggressive opposition research and tracking operation in American politics.
“Shauna is a giant in the world of research,” said American Bridge president Rodell Mollineau. “I’m absolutely thrilled she is joining our team and I can’t wait to watch her get to work building the biggest, fastest, hardest-hitting research and tracking shop in politics.”
American Bridge 21st Century will serve as a progressive nerve center for political research and communications. The group will work closely with other progressive independent expenditure efforts in order to win back the House, retain the Senate majority, and reelect President Barack Obama.
With a decade of experience, Daly joins American Bridge from the Democratic National Committee where she served as Research Director. In years prior, she served as Deputy Research Director for Obama for America and as Deputy Research Director at the DNC in the 2008 and 2006 election cycles, respectively. In addition, Daly has extensive experience on local and statewide campaigns from Florida to South Dakota.
American Bridge, a Super PAC founded by David Brock and chaired by Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, was founded in 2011 to become a permanent piece of the progressive infrastructure.
