MAGA extremist and Texas carpetbagger Sam Brown is limping into the general election after one of the nastiest GOP Senate primaries in the country. The aftermath has left Brown grappling with a fractured Nevada Republican Party, drained financial resources, and a glaring lack of name recognition, owing to his absence from the campaign trail. Despite evading interviews and debates during the primary, Brown’s stance on critical issues such as abortion and Yucca Mountain has surfaced, revealing positions widely deemed out-of-step with the majority of Nevadans.
“After one of the nastiest primaries in the country, MAGA carpetbagger Sam Brown is starting the general election from rock bottom. Brown remains a mystery man to most Nevadans since he’s been refusing to show up for debates and interviews. The more voters learn about Brown, the more they’ll realize how out-of-touch he is,” said American Bridge 21st Century spokesperson Nico Delgado.
Sam Brown’s past coupled with his toxic positions will guarantee his loss come November:
- Brown supported Texas’s 20-week ban on abortion which did not provide exceptions for rape or incest.
- Brown was the chairman of the Nevada Faith And Freedom Coalition which supported a wide range of anti-choice legislation, including total abortion bans, eliminating abortion protections, and restrictions on abortion medication.
- Brown denied the results of the 2020 election and sought to diminish the January 6th attack on the United States Capitol.
- Brown praised the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.
- Brown opposed the Affordable Care Act, which would jeopardize access to health care for over 300,000 Nevadans.
- Brown supported making the Trump tax cuts for the wealthy and big corporations permanent.
- Brown supported transforming Yucca Mountain into a nuclear waste dump site for the entire country and said it was an “incredible opportunity for revenue.”
- Brown opposed the bipartisan infrastructure law which projected to create more than 140,000 jobs in Nevada.
- Brown wanted to eliminate the Department of Education, putting at risk financial aid for students and accountability for schools.
- Brown created a super PAC and scammed donors to pay off his own debts.
