Washington insider Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn could have spent her birthday, well, practically anywhere — but she chose to celebrate by collecting big campaign checks from wealthy special interests in the heart of the D.C. swamp.
Yesterday, for the steep price of of $1,500 to $5,000 per person, Washington lobbyists and PACs celebrated Congresswoman Blackburn. Their donations went to a joint fundraising committee benefiting Blackburn’s senate campaign, her leadership PAC, and the NRSC.
